The brand name of the charger I received was "Smartcharger", not Hewlett Packarg (HP)as the Technoxstore add infers. I could have purchased this "off brand" for less than half the price from another supplier but thought I was getting a genuine HP. As a courtesy to the company, I contacted them prior to leaving my feedback in order to resolve this issue. They offered to replace or refund it as long as I paid the shipping to return it. I responded by requesting that they send a pre-paid box for me to return it. I never heard from them again. Don't waste your time with this company. Luckily, the charger works fine.
